I have washed my Avent bottles and teats etc in...

I have washed my Avent bottles and teats etc in the dishwasher and i have noticed they have gone orange (ie taken the colour of a pasta sauce or so)....would this still be safe to use? i do wash them and sterilize them but they seem to still be discoloured
